  • Squat assessment at the start to evaluate for muscle imbalances

  • Four to six week programmed intervals with reassessment

  • 3-5 weekly resistance workouts and stage training cardio plans based on clients goals and time

  • Access to example exercise videos

  • Individualized training PDF with hyperlinks to form videos, suggested workout schedule, personalized macro instructions, and trainer notes

  • Twice weekly check-ins (with same day audio response and/or emails) with helpful tips and responses to your questions, concerns, and needs

  • Access to my direct WhatsApp as-needed basis
