TRAINING PORTION: Individualized workouts programmed by me specifically for you and your needs/goals.

  • Home or Gym workouts based on your needs.

  • Exercise assessment videos will be collected at the start to evaluate for muscle imbalances.

  • Six to twelve week programmed intervals with reassessment.

  • 2-4 weekly resistance workouts and stage training cardio plans based on clients goals and time.

  • Access to my NEW workout app to be able to view your customized plan on my “Little Lifting Lex” App!! You will have your own client view and it will be different than the “Lift With Lex” month to month subscription. You’ll have your own client dashboard with a built in calendar of suggested reps/sets/ cardio protocols. You can choose the app to view workouts in which includes a built in timer, way to track weight progression each week to ensure you’re gaining strength, and exercise demo videos.

  • Check ins as needed based on workout recovery, questions on form etc, on top of the twice weekly macro check ins, we will also chat about workouts/form.

  • Training clients are allowed to submit form videos to me if they need feedback.

  • Access to my direct WhatsApp as-needed basis (24/7 access to me).

  • Availability to schedule calls with me when needed.

MACRO PORTION:

  • Customized macros to match your workouts, cardio/steps protocols based on lifestyle and goals.

  • Formal Monday check ins, and informal Thursday check ins. Twice weekly we will touch base.

  • A “Resource Library” that all clients have access to with various guides to increase education, mindset workbook, grocery staples spreadsheet, macro friendly cook books by a few of my fav food bloggers, etc. As I am here to customize workouts for you, I will also help make sure your nutrition is where it needs to be, giving tips & suggestions depending on your current journey.

  • Customized Excel Tracker to track daily data with graphs to visually see weight, measurement trends cover time and weekly reflection questions.

  • NEW Loom Video feedback based on the info submitted in the tracker above for all Monday “formal” check ins, along with coaches feedback on clients MyFitnessPal Diary entries based on adherence, questions, nutrient timing etc. This allows for clients to be able to see their coaches screen share as as gives tips.

  • 24/7 availability to me through WhatsApp, can schedule calls as needed.
