One-on-one personal training consists of a customized training a session with me in my garage gym. The training plan in 1:1 is customized to the client’s unique needs, by assessing your strengths and weaknesses in our first consult together. Whether you want to lose weight, get in shape, or improve strength, endurance, or flexibility, regardless of the end goal of your training, your personal trainer will consider your unique requirements before deciding what exercises you need to perform to achieve those goals. This might not be possible in group sessions, as in those, the plan would cater to the group’s collective needs, so the individual requirements may suffer a bit. 1:1 training programs are best for you if –

  • You require an individualized plan that solely caters to your needs, be it for weight loss, or to get in shape.

  • You are preparing for a sporting event and want to do high-intensity training sessions designed to improve your performance in the said sport.

  • If you are prone to injury from certain movements and exercises and want a training plan that considers your physical vulnerabilities.

  • If you have specific illnesses, phobia, or any other medical condition that prevents you from performing certain exercises.

  • If you are a complete beginner and want to get the hang of things on your own before becoming a part of a group.

While group and or online training has its own set of benefits, the advantages of one-on-one training, in-person outweigh the perks, since I am able to critique form in the moment to make sure you execute as you should. I will help you achieve your individual and collective fitness goals, whether you train in a group or individually. To know how these programs work, apply with me below.

Pricing:

  • 1 hr sessions $70

  • 30 min sessions $40

    You can purchase sessions as you go or buy packages to save, i’lll will be suggesting a training schedule based on initial consult.

  • 8 Package- 1 hr sessions $520 (save $40)

    30 min sessions $300 (save $20)

  • 12- 1 hr sessions $780 (save $60)

    30 min sessions $450 (save $30)

  • 16- 1 hr sessions $1,020 (save $100)

    30 min sessions $590 (save $50)

Group Workouts : Meeting WEEKLY (apply below for specific days/times)
