BACK TO YOU CHALLENGE:

After a summer of fun, do you feel like you need some structure back in your life? School is back in session, vacations & cookouts are coming to an end & now it's time to prioritize YOU! This challenge will help restore your relationship with food, while bringing a balance between fitness & nutrition back to your life.

When : September 13th to October 17th

Sign up NOW until Sunday the 12th you can enroll, which is the day prior to starting the challenge.

The challenge will be customized to your specific needs, with a personalized macro plan & exercises led through my app!

 

What’s included?

  • A customized macro plan to best suit your goals / lifestyle.

    • Weekly protocol to follow, including steps & cardio based on goals.

    • One check-in at the half-way mark, to assess progress + make any adjustments needed to finish out strong.

    • Weekly submission of measurements, progress photos, + logging, to help track daily biofeedback (hunger, digestion, mood, weight averages, sleep, energy, recovery), so that I know what changes with macros, steps, cardio etc. we need to make at check-in!

  • 5 weeks of planned workouts in my "Little Lifting Lex" workout app:

    • 4 scheduled lifting days (2 upper & 2 lower)

    • A built in calendar, to know which days to train what & when to rest.

    • Everyone will follow these workouts, at home & gym friendly with alternative exercises & modifications.

    • The app has exercise demo videos, a built in timer, + weight trackers to see progression.

  • Access to all of my guides - Macro, Weekend Eating & Nutrition, Sleep & Recovery - at no cost, all to help you succeed!

  • 24/7 access to me through WhatsApp, where I will also provide audio feedback throughout the challenge as needed! As well as, access to my Facebook Group for weekly mindset prompts.

  • Challenges within the challenge for prizes! Start thinking about which American Dream Nut Butter you have been dying to try ;)

***Once you sign up, you will be prompted to create a log in for my APP, once you have that log in, you will download my “Little Lifting Lex” app from the app store & that is how you will view the workouts.

I will send over a New Client Packet for you to fill out for me to then customize your macro plan once you sign up.
